Conditions

• The apartment is let fully furnished ( apart from personal linen such as bed sheets, towels, etc) and price includes normal use of water, gas, electricity.
  

• Bed linen can be provided on request at extra cost of 15 euro per person.
  

• The apartment will be available from the afternoon of day 1 and has to be vacated not later than 11.00 am of the last day of stay.
  

• For safety reason the apartment cannot be used by a higher number of guests than that stated in the contract.
  

• Apartment will be presented in a fit and proper condition and it has to be returned in the same condition.
  

• We remind Our kind Guests during the stay that they are responsible for the apartment, of its use and its contents as clearly stated in Italian Law. The Owners are exonerated from any responsibility for damage to other persons and their property. However Guests are responsible for these elements if they occur especially if they are brought about by carelessness or bad behavior.
  

Booking

• Booking will only be recognized upon receipt of the deposit. This payment has to be 30% of the cost of the whole stay.

• Final settlement has to be received not less than 10 days before stay beginning, past which time Guests will be considered to have cancelled without adequate notice.
  

• Payments can be operated through postal or bank drafts.
